The congress area of the Fiera di Forlì covers a surface area of 1200 m2 and can seat up to 800 people, with stalls layout and stage. Thanks to its modular structure, it can be transformed depending on the requirements of the organiser. It is equipped with all the most advanced systems, including video projection from a PC and sound diffusion; it is therefore the ideal setting for corporate presentations and conferences.

The congress area is divided into three communicating modules, separated by sliding opening systems.

The first module consists of the check-in and foyer area of 400 m2, with furnishing to be chosen by the organiser.

The second module is the central and most flexible area: it can be furnished with stalls or left free to exhibit advertising material or as show room; it can also be turned into a cosy sitting room for coffee breaks and buffet meals.

The third module is a room designed to seat 350 people, also provided with a large stage.

For business meetings and conventions with small audiences, the Fiera di Forlì has smaller rooms which can seat between 80 and 120 people; all of these are equipped for traditional or multimedia presentations. All conference rooms have an entrance hall for reception.
